2025 Highview Junior Tournament & Adult/Jr. Scramble Night Blog/Results!

On Thursday (August 28th) we had our second annual Junior Tournament at Highview. The tournament was re-introduced last year with the rise in Junior Golfers in the area. This year we had Twenty Nine competitors from ages 10-17 who participated in an 18 Hole Stroke Play event. The golfers teed off from 12-2pm and had some great lunch options after their rounds! We had three age divisions for scoring (U18/U15/U13), as well as prizes for Closest to the Pins, Long Drives, and Putting Contest winners.

Later on in the evening we also held our second annual Junior/Adult Scramble Tournament at Highview Golf Course! We had a great showing of Fifty Three golfers (26 teams) that teed off in a Shotgun Start on the Front Nine at 5:45pm. The event was played in a Junior/Adult 2 Person Scramble format with Closest to the Pins, Long Drives and Putting Contest for the Juniors. With a set menu the participants had some amazing dinner options made by our Kitchen Staff following the round. It was a nice fun evening for the 9-Hole event and the meals that were served!

Overall it was a great day for the junior golfers at Highview, the day started off a bit chilly but turned into a nice day for the participants. A big thank you to those who came out and joined us for an awesome day of Junior Golf!
